Title: Mindfulness: Shifting from Surviving to Thriving
Overview Mindfulness meditation is a form of mental fitness. It is a practice we can utilize to optimize our brain in ways that improve our health, focus, clarity, relaxation, productivity and joy. There are thousands of research articles demonstrating the efficacy of mindfulness in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and improving overall wellbeing, and it is used as a evidence-based practice in healthcare, education, and business. |

I was skeptical to take this time out of my day. I'm so glad I did.
It was the best investment of time and money I've made in the last 5 years.
