Online Mindfulness Courses

From the comfort of your own home, and at your own pace, learn the practice, theory and science of mindfulness.

This is for you if: You're looking for an easy entry point into the concepts of mindfulness, positive psychology and wellbeing without investing too much time. Each day offers a short lesson and short meditation on 31 different topics, and you'll end the series with an arsenal of new insights, strategies and practices to reduce stress and live happier.

This is for you if: You're looking for an in-depth, comprehensive overview of what mindfulness meditation is; how to implement it into your life in a way that improves health, reduces stress/anxiety/depression; how you to change negative thought and behavior patterns, and how to practice a variety of meditation practices.

Weekly Meditation Group

Are you looking for a community of people to practice meditation with? Every Tuesday night we have a drop-in meditation group in Sayville. It is open to the public regardless of experience. No need to pre-register, just show up!

KORU Mindfulness

KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based mindfulness program developed by two Medical Doctors from Duke University. This class is run by Karen Blumenthal, limited to 15 students.

Cory is a highly sought-after teacher and speaker on the topics of mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing. He regularly appears on the Dr. Oz show, where Oz has introduced him as “one of the nation’s leading experts on mindfulness meditation.” In addition to speaking to executives at Fortune 500 companies and at various events across the world, he teaches mindfulness-based leadership at Columbia University, and serves as teaching staff for the Positive Psychology graduate program at the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2012, Cory spent six months in silence living as a monk in Asia, practicing meditation 14+ hours each day. Cory has presented mindfulness workshops and retreats for organizations such as Prudential, Johnson & Johnson, Travelers & Colgate; universities such as NYU, Wharton Business School, and Dartmouth; and a number of healthcare systems around the country.
