This is Cory's signature workshop for learning mindfulness. Over 1,000 people on Long Island have participated, and it includes everything you need to get started.

Kids Mindfulness

Wednesday Evenings, June 28 - August 2
TWO Options: 4:15 - 5:15pm or 5:30 - 6:30pm

This course is designed to equip children with the inner resources they need to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and improve focus, joy, creativity and relaxation.

Teen Mindfulness

Thursday Evenings, July 6 - July 27
(12-14 YO) @ 4:15 - 5:15pm or (15-17 YO) @  5:30 - 6:30pm

This course is designed to equip children with the inner resources they need to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and improve focus, joy, creativity and relaxation.


8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Wednesday Evenings, Sept 13 - Nov 1
7-9:30pm

This course is an eight week program designed to transform your relationship to stress, improve your health, and increase enjoyment of life.


Mindfulness Retreat

October 13-15th, 2017

Join us for a weekend retreat on the beautiful north shore of Long Island. It is a powerful introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation with many reporting it to be a life-changing experience. Immerse yourself in the practice and theory of mindfulness meditation, as we cultivate the inner resources leading to inner calm, clarity, and wisdom.



Weekly Sitting Group

Tuesday Evenings, 7-8:30pm

Are you looking for a community of people to practice meditation with? Do you want to go deeper into your exploration of what it means to live well? Cory now offers a drop-in, weekly meditation class on Tuesday evenings in Sayville. The class is offered on donation, and is open to the public regardless of meditation experience. You do not have to pre-register, just show up!

Keep in mind, this group is not designed to be an introduction to mindfulness. We highly recommend taking the 3-hour course before, or shortly after, attending this Tuesday evening group.
