Are you looking for a community of people to practice meditation with? Cory now offers a drop-in meditation class every Tuesday in Sayville. The class is offered on donation, and is open to the public regardless of experience. No need to pre-register, just show up!
*Keep in mind, this group is not designed to be an introduction to mindfulness. We highly recommend taking the 3-hour course before, or shortly after, attending this Tuesday evening group.

Would you like to practice mindfulness and yoga with your child? This course is designed for 3-6 year olds to learn the life skills of mindfulness and yoga with their parent or parents. One parent or both parents are welcome to come, and the phrase "Mommy/Daddy & me" is not designed to be heteronormative, but to suggest that parents of any gender are welcome.
